Graduate Pathway in Materials Science and Engineering

Programme dates	Standard: August 19, 2010 to May 6, 2011 Accelerated: 19, 2010 to December 10, 2010 Note: Must arrive 1 day prior to the start date.
Programme length	One or two semesters depending whether you undertake the standard or accelerated course.
Entry requirements	Satisfactory completion of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil, Materials Science, Ceramic, Metallurgy, Manufacturing, Polymer and related diciplines) or Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry or Biology) from an accredited insitution with a 2.5 GPA or equivalent overall. Standard program: TOEFL iBT 61-78 / IELTS 5.0-6.0 Accelerated program: TOEFL iBT >=79 / IELTS 6.5+
Graduate School Admission	For entry into a USF graduate program, students must have a minimum 3.25 GPA on the Graduate Pathway with at least one A, no grade lower than a B and no W or I grades. Depending on the “major” selected, students may also need to meet the minimum GMAT or GRE score.
