Accommodations
OSU Residence Halls
OSU student accommodations are located on-campus, close to the teaching and administration center and all other facilities. Residence halls provide a lively and engaging living environment for students. Recreation rooms, lounges and kitchens allow students to get to know each other while they live and study together at the university. A variety of on-campus dining halls, convenience stores and cafes are also all within a very short walk from the OSU residence halls.
Accommodations include:
- Shared bedrooms and limited single bedrooms
- Shared bathroom
- Variety of catering options
- Access to laundry facilities
- Internet and telephone access
- Assistance from INTO residential tutors
Living Learning Center
Many INTO OSU students will be placed in the new Living Learning Center that will be opening in September 2011. This residence hall will provide students with comfortable, modern, furnished rooms for relaxation and study and well-equipped communal spaces. Located on the South Side of campus, adjacent to Bloss and Halsell Hall, it will offer suite-style configuration with common kitchens located throughout the building. A full-service dining center is located just steps from the residence halls.
Homestay Accommodations
INTO OSU students also have the option of staying with an American family during their studies. Homestay accommodations are a great opportunity for a students to improve their conversational English and experience how an average American family lives. Homestay is available on a very limited basis. Students interested in staying with an American family should contact the INTO center and ask about availability.
